<br />conducted in accordance with National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air
<br />Pollutants (NESHAP) guidelines. If any A licensed asbestos abatement contractor
<br />shall be retained to abate identified asbestos-containing material in accordance
<br />with National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP)
<br />guidelines and all applicable regulations prior to building demolition.
