<br />7A <br />ATTACHM~~1JEt 15 <br /> <br />Mitigation Measure G-2: Prior to demolition, a comprehensive lead based paint <br />(LBP) survey shall be conducted, If any LBP is identified, it shall be removed from <br />the site in accordance with all applicable regulations, including Gal/OSHA Lead in <br />Construction Standard, Title 8, California Code of Regulations (CCR) 1532.1 during <br />demolition activities. These requirements include employee training, employee air <br />monitoring, and dust control. If lead paint is peeling, flaking or blistered, it shall be <br />removed prior to demolition. It is assumed that such paint will become separated <br />from the building components during demolition activities; thus. it shall be managed <br />and disposed as a separate waste stream.
