<br />SWC:sP <br />SWC:d <br /> <br />6/18/87 (#6) <br />7/20/87RR <br /> <br />JUl 2 0 1987 <br /> <br />1130.2S-S <br /> <br />OR1G1HAL <br /> <br />o R DIN A N C E <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTIONS 2.39 AND 2.40 AND ADDING <br />SECTIONS 2.36, 2.37, 2.38, AND 2.54 AND ARTICLE 36 TO <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1130, THE REDWOOD CITY ZONING ORDINANCE, <br />RELATING TO STREETSCAPE PROVISIONS <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Section 2.39 of Ordinance No. 1130, the Redwood <br /> <br />City Zoning Ordinance, adopted May 11, 1964, as amended, is <br /> <br />hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. Section 2.40 of the abovementioned Ordinance No. <br /> <br />1130 is hereby repealed. <br /> <br />SECTION <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />2.36 <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />added <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />abovementioned Ordinance No. 1130 to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 2.36. Family Care Home. A state-authorized, <br /> <br />certif ied, or licensed family care home, foster home, or <br /> <br />group home serving six or fewer mentally disordered or <br /> <br />otherwise handicapped persons or dependent or neglected <br /> <br />children on a 24-hour basis." <br /> <br />SECTION <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />2.37 <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />added <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />abovementioned Ordinance No. 1130 to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 2.37. <br /> <br />Family. One person living alone, two <br /> <br />or more persons related by blood, marriage, or legal <br /> <br />adoption, or two or more persons living as a single <br /> <br />housekeeping unit." <br /> <br />SECTION <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />2.38 <br /> <br />is <br /> <br />hereby <br /> <br />added <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />abovementioned Ordinance No. 1130 to read as follows: <br /> <br />1130#2S-S <br />
