Hopper, Principal of the firm, RKH Civil and Transportation Engineering, is a duly <br />licensed Civil Engineer in the State of California (#18928), a duly licensed Traffic Engineer in <br />the State of California (#1425), and a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (#200) as <br />licensed by the Transportation Professional Certification Board, Inc., Washington, D.C. This <br />Notice of Licensure is provide in accordance with g463.5, Title 16, CCR. <br /> <br />In accordance with g6749 of the State of California Business and Professions Code RKH <br />herewith presents this proposal to provide traffic engineering services for the work described <br />below. Signing, dating, and returning a copy of the Offer/Acceptance page to RKH constitutes a <br />binding contract, the provisions of which are included in the Attachment to this proposal. <br /> <br />PROJECT DEFINITION: The City of Redwood City [CLIENT] is requesting a traffic impact <br />analysis for a proposed charter high school to be located at 955 Charter Street. <br /> <br />SCOPE OF BASIC SERVICES <br /> <br />1. Base Traffic Data. <br /> <br />A. RKH will obtain mid-week, peak period (2-4 p.m.) turning movement counts at <br />the following intersections: <br /> <br />1) Broadway & Charter Street <br />2) Bay Road & Charter Street <br /> <br />RKH will use City provided peak period (7-9 a.m and 4-6 p.m.) turning movement <br />count data for the existing conditions at the two study area intersections. <br /> <br />B. RKH will conduct a field review of the study area streets and intersections to <br />inventory intersection controls, on-street parking, posted speed limits and <br />pedestrian facilities. <br /> <br />C.
