He <br />stated that four written protests were received and two email comments. Mayor Foust <br />received one phone call regarding this matter and the caller opposed the increase. <br />Mayor Foust opened the Public Hearing. There was no public comment <br />MIS IralPierce to close the public hearing. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />MIS Hartnett/Pierce to introduce the ordinance. Motion carried unanimously by <br />electronic vote. <br />Council Member Ira explained that the rates could have been increased even more but <br />that was not the recommendation based on the economic climate. <br />MIS Harnett/Bain to adopt the resolution.
