Code, ~21000, et seq.; "CEQA") and the State CEQA Guidelines <br /> <br /> <br />(Title 14, California Code of Regulations, ~~4100 et seq.) and the <br /> <br /> <br />Negative Declaration, a copy of which Negative Declaration is on <br /> <br />file in the administrative offices, Port of Redwood City, to which <br /> <br /> <br />copy reference is made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br /> <br />approved and the Port Executive Director (Port Manager) is hereby <br /> <br /> <br />authorized and directed to execute said document for and on behalf <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />4.
