<br />o <br /> <br />FXS:df~ 2~7/94 (015/36) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. p-1421 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING NEGATIVE DECLARATION AND <br />AUTHORIZING FILING OF NOTICE OF DETERMINATION <br /> <br />(PRESSURE VESSEL SERVICES) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Port of Redwood City proposes to enter into a <br /> <br />lease agreement with Pressure Vessel Services ("PVS"), for the <br /> <br />leasing of property located. at the Port of Redwood City; and <br /> <br />~rnEREAS, PVS proposes to construct, install and operate <br /> <br />facilities -for the distribution of acids and alkalies for <br /> <br />specific application in business and public services (the <br /> <br />"Project"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to, and reviewed by, this <br />Board a Mitigated Negative Declaration and attached initial study <br /> <br />on the Project; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1 · The Board hereby finds, determines and concludes as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />a.
