Code, ~21000, et seq.; "CEQA") and the State CEQA Guidelines <br />(Title 14, California Code of Regulations, ~14100 et seq.) and <br />the Negative Declaration, a copy of which Negative Declaration is <br />on file in the administrative offices, Port of Redwood City, to <br />which copy reference is made for the full particulars thereof, is <br />hereby approved and the Port Executive Director (Port Manager) is <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute said document for and <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />
