<br />Phase 6. Application Fees <br /> <br />Task 1. Agency Filing Fees. HBG will determine agency filing fee amounts for the, RWQCB, <br />and BCnC and inform the client when such fees are to be paid. Permit fees are determined <br />based on level of impact to wetlands/waters (RWQCB) or cost of project involving impacts to <br />wetlands/waters (BCDC).
