The proposed event doe�. not conflict with an activity afready schedufed for the Square; 6. The preparation fo-r a�� or tlie conduct o# the proposed use, event or activity will nct �n�easo;na.bly burden City resources nece�s�ry to preserve the puk�!Ec's use of the Square; 7. The. proposed eve.�t does not pose an unreasonab(e adverse impact to the physica� in#egrity of Gourthouse Square; and 8. The proposed even# will not cause other ad�erse impacts on healfih or safety ta the surrounding area.
