Fraud, misrepresentation, or any false statement or info�rmation contained in the <br /> application for #he Gour#house Square Event Permit o°r in the carryino out of the <br /> Gou�thouse Square event in a way not cor�sistent w►�th ti�e appfication; <br /> 2. Failure#o comply wifh the provisions of this C��e; <br /> 3. Faifure to comply with the conditions of the Cour�house Square Event Permit, <br /> including without �imitation, failure to �a:y applic�:bie fees, fai#ure to provide <br /> indemnification or insurance cettificate or secu�-ity deposit wifihin the times <br /> required, or faifure to comp[y with all o#h�°�r permit requirements, ficensing <br /> requirements, or regulations req.uired tv conduct t�te activities descr�bed as a par# <br /> of the Courthouse Square E`vet�t Permifi, in the permit application or any <br /> amendmen#t�ere±o; <br /> 4. Unavailability of the Courthouse Square or any substantial portion of the Square <br /> is not avaiiab�e d��e to fiire, casua{fiy, maintenance a�tivity or public err�rgency; <br /> 5. Unavailabili�y �fi the propvsed Gourthouse Square event will con#lict with due to <br /> previously appr���d schedufed events� scheduled by the City for use of the <br /> Square; o.r. <br /> 6. The applicant has damaged Ci�y property in cases where the City has not been <br /> paid in full for suc�t damage, ar has other autstanding and past due debts owed <br /> to the C�ty. <br /> The notice of decision sha�� state the grounds for deniai of �he application or revocation <br /> of the Cour�hous� Square: ��ent Permit. <br /> Apptica�ion Appeai <br /> 1.
