Assistance Quring Bidding-Provide assistance during bidding to review catalog cuts, respond to RFI's and review material su�mittals. 4. Assis#ance During Construction—Provide assis#ance during construction to review catalog cuts, respond to RF1's, re�iew material submittais and provide on-site assista�ce. We propose to complete this work an a time and materials basis at a total cost not to exceed$34,400 with terms of net 30 days for Phase I. A separate estimate will be pro�ided for�he excavations and V&A may request prepayment of the Contractor's irtvoice. A prelim€nary es#ima#e for Phase II is $25,040.This fee is valid for 90 days from the date of this proposal.The scope of woric was developed as a result of our discussion and represents our mutual understanding. Estimated costs#or the above project scope are itemized in the attached Resource AI(oca#ion Estimate. These costs represent our best estima#es at this time and may change subject to#uture developments during the project.
