� 6.1 E <br /> Page 2 <br /> AMENDMENT N�. 1 TO AGREEMENT FOR <br /> TR/�►NSPORTATIC)N CaNSIILTlNG SERVICES <br /> (TJKM Transportation Consultants} <br /> This Amendment No. 1 is entered into and effective as of the day of <br /> , 2Q�9, amending the Agreement in the amount of $142,195.00 <br /> dated Apri� 34, 2048 {the "Agreement") by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br /> charter city and municipal corporation �"City"), and TJKM Transportation Consultants, <br /> 4"Consultant"} (collectively, the "Parties"} for professionai services and advice related to <br /> � the development of a citywide traffic model for Redwood City. <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. The Pa,ties desire to alter the Agreemen#'s scope of work #o include <br /> modeling streetcar and ferry termina! transit scenarios, as many as three (3} large <br /> deveiopment projects, and related support services. <br /> B. The Parties have negotiated and agreed to a supplemental scope of work <br /> and fee schedule, which is attached to and incorporated by this reference as Exhibit <br /> "A," Scope of Services and Fee. <br /> NOW, THEREF�RE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutuai covenants <br /> contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. In addition to those services contained in the Agreemen�, as may have <br /> been amended from time to time, Consu[tant will provide those services described in <br /> Exhibit"A." <br /> 2. City will pay Consultant for all work associated with those services <br /> described in Exhibit "A" in the not-to-exceed amount of Ninety one thousand two <br /> hundred fifty and 041100 Dollars {$9�,250.00}. Consultant will provide City, on a <br /> monthly basis, copies of invoices sufficiently detailed to include hours performed, hourly <br /> rates, and related acti�ities and costs for approval by City. With this Amendment No. 1, <br /> the total aggregate Agreement amount shalf not exceed two hundred thir�y fihree <br /> thousand four hundred forty frve dollars ($233,445). <br /> 3. All other provisions o# #he Agreement, as may have been amended from <br /> time to time, wili remain in full force and effecfi. <br /> 4.
