The purpose of <br /> this project is to resurface and repair eight parking lots as listed belvw. <br /> Slurry Seal Treatment- <br /> • Main Library/ City Hall Lot <br /> • Redwood Ci#y Poltce Sfiation <br /> • Hoover Park <br /> • Sandpiper Cornmunity Center <br /> • Redwood Shores Maintenance Facility <br /> Asphalt Concrete Overlay- <br /> • Fire Station No. 12 <br /> • Fair Oaks Community Center <br /> Minor repairs - <br /> • Red Morton Park—Valota Lot <br /> The proposed project will consist of slurry seal treatments and aspha!# cvncrete <br /> overlays, both of which are commonly used on City streets. The slurry sea! process <br /> pro�ides preventative maintenance on pavement areas that are not signifcantly <br /> damaged. The overlay process is reserved for repair efforts to substan#ially damaged <br /> pavement areas. Pavement markings, including parking stalls wil[ be restriped <br /> subsequent to resurfacing and repair of pa�ement surfaces. <br />
