Commission established the Public Art Fund to <br /> accumulate funds towards the purchase of a piece ofi public art for Redwood City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Commission budget has a current balance of $14,561.84 for <br /> Fiscal Year 2048-2009 and has no other expenses to be paid; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Commission voted unanimously to ask far approval to transfer <br /> �he remaining balance in its budget into#he Public Art Fund. <br /> NUW, THEREF4RE, BE IT RESaLVED BY THE C�UNCIL �F THE <br /> CITY 4F REDWC)C)D C1TY, AS F4LLQWS: <br /> 1.
