Sidewaiks, doonNays, breezeways, fountains and similar areas shall not be obstructed by <br /> Lessee or used by any vther purpvse other than ingress or egress to and from the <br /> (icensed areas and the rest of Courthouse Square. <br /> 2. P[umbing fix#ures and appliances shalf be used hy Lessee its agents, empioyees, <br /> contractors, and invitees only for purposes for which they are constructed. All damage <br /> resufting from any misuse of the fixtures and appliances by Lessee, its agents, or <br /> employees, contractors and invitees shali be borne by Lessee. <br /> 3. N� sigr.s, ad��erti�ements or no#ices shalfi be pain�ed er affixed on or t� an;► windotnrs, <br /> doors or other part of the concession spaces and#he Pavilions, excep# of such color, size, <br /> style and placement as shall first be appraved by the Lessor. The Lessor shal! have the <br /> right, wi#hout notice to and at the expense of Lessee, t� remove any such sign, <br /> advertisement or notice which is lnscribed, displayed, prin#ed or affixed in violation of this <br /> principle. Lessee sha�f no� place anything or ailow anything to be placed near the glass � � <br /> of any window, door, or wail, which may appear unsightly fram outside of the Premises. <br /> No awning or other projections except those apprvved by the Lessor shall be attached to <br /> the outside af the Pavilion. No cur#ains, blinds, shades, or screens shall be attached to or <br /> I�ung on any window or door of the Premises without the Lessor's written permission. <br /> 4. L.essee shall not display or sell any merchandise or allow carts, umbrellas, portable signs, <br /> devices, vending machines o� �#her�bJects to be stored or remain on the iicense area or <br /> elsewhere outside of the lease and license area wifhaut the prior written consent of the <br /> �essor. <br /> 5. Lessee shafl not do, or permit any activity in or about the pavilions, or bring or store <br /> anything fihat will in any way increase the f re or other insurance on the pavilion, unless <br /> approved by the Lessor. Nor shalf Lessee obstruct or interfere with the rights of, or <br /> othennrise injure or ar�noy, other vendors tha# cor�flic# with the �aiid pertinent laws, rules, <br /> or regulation of any go�ernmen#al authority. <br /> 6. The Lessor sha�l furnish a key to the Premises withouf charge to Lessee. The Lessor wifl <br /> charge $10 far each additional replacement key. Lessee shall, upon the termination of <br /> this Agreemenf, return to the �essvr ail keys. Lessee shall pay the Lessor the cost of <br /> replacing or changing locks, as wel� as any �oss o# key or badge if Lessor deems i# <br /> necessary to make ehange. <br /> 7. Lessee shall not disturb, solicit leaflets or canvass any customers, visitars or employees <br /> of Courthouse Square nor shall �essee permit or cause others to do so and Lessee shall <br /> cooperate to preWen#same by athers. <br /> 8. The insta{lation of all utility lines coming into the i'remises must be coordinated with the <br /> Lessor. Any instaElation made without permission shall be removed by Lessee at <br /> �essee's owr� expense. <br /> 9.
