Each Lessee shall cooperate with the Lessor in keeping the Premises neat and clean. <br /> Nothing shall be swept or thrown or�to Cou�#house Square, fountains, s#airways, corridors, <br /> or elevafor shafts exc�pt the designa#ed trash and recycling containers provided by both <br /> the City and Lessee. <br /> 18. ln order to coordinate ail garbage service and cleaning of Premise, �essee shou[d notiiy <br /> the Lessor of name, times and scope of work of contracted janitorial services. The Lessor <br /> wi[1 provide the apprapriate access and provide guidetines fo fhe use of ga�bage areas <br /> and #he Lessor's recycling prograrns. <br /> 19. Employees of the Lessor shall not perform any work or do anything outside of their <br /> regular duties affecting the assigned Premises unless under special instructions from the <br /> Lessor and na employees sha!( admit any person, Lessee or otherwise, #o any Lessee <br /> space wit�oufi spec�fc instruction from the Lessor. <br /> 20.
