"Redwood Lity Co-Pro�uced Event'' means a:n eve�t tha� has sfgnificant Redwood City staff involvement in bo�h th�e plann�ng and the implementation, together with a non-city entity. To be considered an event co-produced by the City, City staff must be involved in ali aspects of the event, inc�uding cr�ative direction, funding and fund deveiap�ment, marketing and media relations, and staffing and suppart s��rvices. U. "Solicitation" means requesting pers:o�ns fo c:o:n:tri'bute money or anything else cf value for a c�h-a:ri�:able, religious, �ersonal, ��r political cause. V. "Tempora�°y Structure� means any structure tha# can be readily and completely d�i��nantle°d and remaved from the site, such as a sign, �able, stage, tent, pla�form, sets, �fia:nd, bandstand, barrier, and fence. UW. "Tip" means a sum of money g�ven to someone fvr performing a service; a gratuity. X. "Te:nt" means an� temporary structure, enclosure or shelter constructed of fab��;� or pliable rnafierial supported in any manner other than by air or the contents ix prote+cts. SECTION III. ADMINISTRATION Authorit of the Director of Communit Develo ment Services The Director is authorized to develop and madify the ruies and procedures #or e�ents at Courthouse Square in the form of Administrati�e Guidelines, whECh may be modified at anytime solely by fhe Direc#or. The schedu(e of fees for events at Courthouse Square shall be adopted by Council. The C�irector shal! also take other actions as are necessary to preserve Courthvuse Square and public safety, inciuding the prohibition or r�strict�o� of �erta;n activities to cer�a�r� t�rres and,or lccations.
