RES 0 L UTI 0 N RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City thit whereas L. M. DUNCAN, the Building Inspector of the said \ City of Redwood City, did, as required by Ordinance No. 303, post 8 notice to abate nuisance upon the hereinafter described real property and did send copy of said notice, so posted, by registered mail, postage prepaid, to the owner of said herein- after described real property, as said owner is listed upon the books of the City Assessor of said City of Redwood City; and WHF~RE.AS, In 8,nd by said notice to aba te nuisance said Building Inspector of the City of Redwood City did fix Monday, the 17th day of May, 1943, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P. M. of said day at the Council Chambers in the City Hall on Mlddlefield Hoad in said City of Redwood City, 88 the time and place when the owner of the building situated upon said hereinafter de- scribed real property could appear and be heard and show cause why said building should not be condemned as a public nuisance and abated by reconstructing or properly repairing said build- ing or by razing or removing the same; and Wh'1,HEAS, nei tber the (l\vner nor any person on his behalf appeared at aald.
