or structure situated upon the hereinafter described real property to be a public nuisance and does hereby direct the owneI~ to abate said nuisance wi thin thirt~l (30) days from , the passage of this resolution, by having setd building razed or removed, and if said building is not so abated by the owner the Building Inspector of' the City of Redwood City is hereby ordered and directed to raze or remove said building and that the expenses thereof be made a lien"on the lot or parcel of land from which said building or structure is re- moved and which is hereinafter described. The real property referred to herein upon which the building or structure herein- before mentioned is to be removed is described as follows, to wi t : A portion of Lot 6 in Block 79 of EASTERN ADDITION to Redwood City, as shown and delineated on a map thereof entitled, "Map of Eastern Addition of Redwood Cit~y", which was filed in the office of the County Re corder of the Coun tJT of San Ma tea, state of California, on November 3, 1862, in Book 2 of Miscellaneous Records et page 85, and copied into Book 1 of Maps at page 81.
