(TRA) is pleased to submit our Scope of Work and <br />budget for the preparation of an Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) pursuant <br />to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the proposed prezoning and annexation <br />of three lots (1250, 1252 and 1254 Edgewood Road, APNs 058030140, 058030130, 058030120) <br />and the subdivision of 1250 Edgewood Road into three lots just outside of the City limits of <br />Redwood City, California. We propose to complete this IS/MND for $27,973. This total fee <br />consists of $22,930 for all TRA labor, expenses of $450, required filing fees to the County San <br />Mateo and the California Department of Fish and Game of $2,443, and a peer review of the <br />Geotechnical Report for 1250 Edgewood Road for $2,500. This peer review will be performed <br />by the Bay Area Geotechnical Group (BAGG) of Sunnyvale, CA. <br /> <br />As listed in your March 13, 2009 Request for Proposal (RFP) to us, we understand that <br />this scope of work must contain the following: <br /> <br />. A discussion of the Initial Study and Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND) scope <br />of work; <br />. An estimate of the time frame needed to complete the IS/MND; <br />. Associated costs; and <br />. Qualifications and experience for all TRA staff members that will be assigned to the <br />project. <br /> <br />These four items are contained within this document; the IS/MND scope is listed directly <br />after this cover letter, Table 1 lists the anticipated time frame to complete the IS/MND and Table <br />2 lists our anticipated labor and expenses. Table 3 lists our standard TRA Billing Rates.
