<br />1250, 1252, and 1254 Edgewood Road, Redwood City <br />Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration Proposal <br />March 25, 2009 <br /> <br />Page 8 <br /> <br />Task 4 - Prepare All Notices <br /> <br />We will prepare the Notice of Intent (NOI) to adopt the MND for submittal to the County <br />of San Mateo, will make 15 electronic copies of the Public Draft document on CD and will <br />prepare the Notice of Completion (NOC) for the State Clearinghouse to start the 3D-day public <br />review process. We will prepare the Notice of Determination (NOD) and file it with the State <br />Clearinghouse and the County of San Mateo once the project is approved by the City. <br /> <br />Task 5 - Meetines.. Hearines.. and Administ.l;ation <br /> <br />This task includes project coordination between the City and TRA, and also basic <br />administration, such as invoicing and other project -related processing. We also plan on attending <br />up to 3 meetings with staff, and 2 public hearings. TRA will prepare monthly invoices and <br />progress reports for the City. <br /> <br />Task 6 - Prepare Mitieation.. Monitorine and Reportine Plan <br /> <br />TRA will prepare a matrix that lists all necessary data for the MMRP, including the <br />following: Summary of all impacts and mitigation measures; status of impacts after mitigation <br />measures have been applied; locations or conditions under which impacts will occur and where <br />mitigation is required; persons or entities/agencies responsible for implementing, funding and <br />maintaining mitigation measures; and performance standards and timeframe(s) to determine if <br />performance criteria have been met. <br /> <br />TRA ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCES, INC. <br />
