<br />I. Hitch, fasten, lead, or release any animal including fish or fowl of any kind, <br />provided that this shall not apply to dogs, birds, reptiles, or cats when led by a <br />leash or tether, not more than six feet long and attended at all times; <br /> <br />J. Indulge in riotous, offensive, threatening, or indecent conduct; <br /> <br />K. Interfere with the free passage of event participants or attendees by creating an <br />insurmountable obstacle at any entrance, aisle, walkway, stairwell, ramp, <br />esplanade, vendor booth, or other area commonly used for..public access, egress <br />or ingress; <br /> <br />L. Leave garbage, cans, bottles, papers or other refuse elsewhere than in <br />receptacles provided; <br /> <br />M. Leave a bicycle in a place other than a bicycle rack when such\is provided and <br />there is a space available; <br /> <br />N. Release within a 24-hour period twenty-five(~6) orrnbre balloons inflated with a <br />gas that is lighter than air except for: <br /> <br />1. Balloons released by a person on behalf of a <gbvernmental agency or <br />pursuant to a governmental contract for scientific/or meteorological <br />purposes; <br /> <br />2. Balloons that are either biodegradable or photodegradable or any material <br />which requires more than five minutes' contact with air or water to <br />degrade,/and which are closed by a hand-tied knot in the stem of the <br />balloon without string., ribbon, or other attachments. In the event that any <br />balloons are r~leased pursuantto the exemption established in this <br />paragrapQ, the party responsible for the release shall make available to <br />any lawenforcementofficer evidence of the biodegradability or <br />photodegragability of>said balloons in the form of a certificate executed by <br />the manufaCturer. Failure to provide said evidence shall be prima facie <br />evidence of a violation of this act. <br /> <br />O. Sell or distribute commercial food, beverage or products; <br /> <br />P. Smoke or use.tobacco products; <br /> <br />Q. Store personal property; <br /> <br />R. Use or demonstrate fireworks or any other pyrotechnic devices; or <br /> <br />S. Use, play or participate in the use or playing of any loud speaker, amplifier or <br />other device between the hours of 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. <br /> <br />Page 11 of12 <br />
