The ARC.s comments <br />and conditions were related to the exterior treatment of the buildings and the site plan <br />and have been incorporated into the final plans. <br /> <br />This development proposal requires an Environmental Assessment, Tentative Map, <br />and Planned Development Permit to be approved by the City <br /> <br /> <br />The Environmental Assessment includes the prepar: <br />Negative Declaration (IS/MND) for this project whic <br />presents the findings, and states the reasons for con <br />significant effect on the environment. A com te '.
