In the event that the neighborhood <br />does not provide input on this matter, the traffic circle at the intersection of <br />Palm/Union and Kentfield is a location where crosswalks can be improved to <br />promote safe pedestrian crossing. <br /> <br />Mitigation Measure 0-6: The proposed development shall conform to Article 30 <br />(Parking) of the Zoning Ordinance. Based on the parking requirements a total of <br />54 on-site parking spaces are required.
