<br />RCSD Agreement Number 200809-4SS1 8 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />AGREEMENT FOR SERVICE BETWEEN THE REDWOOD CITY <br />SCHOOL DISTRICT AND CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />This agreement is made as of this day of June 10,2009 by and between the Redwood City <br />School District ("RCSD") and the City of Redwood City ("CONTRACTOR") to provide <br />services. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. SERVICES <br /> <br />The CONTRACTOR agrees to provide said services to the RCSD in accordance with the <br />terms and conditions of this agreement. <br /> <br />A. Scope of Services <br /> <br />The CONTRACTOR agrees to provide after school academic and enrichment services <br />described in Attachment A and RCSD Policies and Protocols in Attachment B at Fair <br />Oaks, Garfield, John Gill, Hawes, Hoover, Selby Lane and Taft Schools. The RCSD will <br />provide the necessary supports to the CONTRACTOR as described in Attachment A. The <br />CONTRACTOR if applicable will refer 21st Century Community Learning Center <br />families to existing literacy and related educational development services. <br /> <br />B. Scope of Services <br /> <br />The CONTRACTOR agrees to utilize the computer system provided by the RCSD to <br />enter daily attendance. Any technical difficulties associated with utilizing this system <br />will be reported in a timely manner within 72 hours. <br /> <br />2. EQUIPMENT AND MATERIALS <br /> <br />CONTRACTOR shall provide all equipment, materials, and supplies necessary for the <br />performance on the agreement. <br /> <br />3. USE OF SUBCONTRACTORS <br /> <br />CONTRACTOR shall not assign this agreement or any portion thereof to a third party <br />without the prior written consent of RCSD. <br /> <br />lnitial-f _ <br />
