The voters of the City of Redwood <br />City hereby ratify and approve the past collection of the Business License Tax <br />under Article V of Chapter 32 of the Redwood City Municipal Code as it existed <br />prior to the effective date of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />SECTION 5. Execution.
