<br />Attachment 2 <br /> <br />A total of five rehabilitation loans were funded, three with CDBG monies <br />and two with redevelopment funds. The revolving loan programs, <br />combined with minor and emergency home repair, continue to help <br />maintain existing housing stock and neighborhoods. <br /> <br />Finally, the Villa Montgomery Project celebrated receipt of its LEED <br />Gold certification in September, 2008. This Agency-assisted, 58-unit <br />affordable housing project on EI Camino Real opened for occupancy in <br />September of 2007 and won the first "Vanguard" award in 2007 as part of <br />the Grand Boulevard awards celebration. <br /> <br />.88 <br />Page 12 <br /> <br />9 <br />
