<br />80 <br />Page 7 <br /> <br />3. This Use Permit is issued to Ning Yang & RongRong Guang and is not <br />transferable to another person(s) or entity. <br /> <br />4. In the event that any illegal activities take place at this business as determined <br />by the City, this Use Permit may be revoked pending notice by the Planning <br />Division pursuant to Article 42.8, subsection B. <br /> <br />5. The proposed business shall be limited to a maximum of four (4) private therapy <br />rooms. <br /> <br />6. No more than five (5) technicians shall be on premises at any given times, out of <br />which only four (4) technicians can be providing massage therapy. <br /> <br />7. Any additional rooms and/or interior reconfiguration shalt require approval from <br />Planning Services. <br /> <br />8. The applicant shall store trash containers within the building or construct a tras~ <br />enclosure outside in the parking lot. If the applicant chooses to construct a trash <br />enclosure it must be in compliance to all applicable codes. The trash/recycle <br />containers shall be left in the lot the day before the trash is collected not to <br />exceed a 24-hour period. <br /> <br />9. The property owner/applicant shall ensure that all six on-site parking spaces are <br />clearly identified and available. <br /> <br />10. The parking lot shall be re-stripped and demarcate the parking spaces, as well <br />as the property boundary/right-of-way edge along the Murray Court frontage <br />prior to the initiation of this use. <br /> <br />11. No parked motor vehicles shall encroach onto the right-at-way at any time. <br /> <br />12. The applicant/business owner shall inform all patrons to retrain from parking on <br />Murray Court and/or driving through the adjoining residential district. <br /> <br />13. The hours of operation for this proposed business shall generally be from <br />1 0:00AM-8:00PM, seven days a week. <br /> <br />14. The applicant shall obtain a permit for any new signage. <br /> <br />15. The applicant shall comply with all applicable Fire and Building codes. <br /> <br />16. The applicant shall obtain a Building Permit for all improvements, prior to <br />construction. <br /> <br />17. The business and it's employees (if applicable) shall acquire a business license <br />and any other required licenses, permits and/or certificates and shall keep them <br />up to date at all times. <br /> <br />Page 4 of 5 <br />
