What business isn't? <br /> <br />The new use is not consistant with the old use. A pool supply business is not a retail business. It's <br />more like wholesale, because most of the sales are to professionals. That also makes pool supply <br />stores very 9-5, M-F. And, they are seasonal, much less business in the winter. <br /> <br />Plus, I want to point out, that the reason a massage palor wants to move there is because there are <br />very few buildings where the owner would support such a business.
