Neither of us has strong feelings about sale of alcohol at Target - even Safeway sells <br />liquors. However, we feel it's bad enough we have an "adulttl store and Hanky Panky in the <br />neighborhood and feel that a 12-hour a day, seven-day a week "massage" parlor cannot benefit the <br />neighborhood in any way. We feel strongly that would add to the current traffic congestion and be <br />detrimental in other ways as well. OUf neighborhood is not a location for this type of <br />business, "reputable" or not. Neither of us, unfortunately, can attend the meeting, so I've sent these <br /> <br />3/13/2009 <br />
