I feel strongly that it would be a <br />mistake for the neighborhood to entertain this business. Despite the benefit of having this space leased <br />during tough economic times, the long term consequences are far far worse. It will bring down the value <br />of the neighborhood in a way that will take decades to recover from. Furthermore this type. of business <br />always leads to the introduction of other worSe elements PROSTITUTION, DRUGS, DRUNK <br />DRIVING, VIOLENCE. I have already had one bad drunk driving accident happen on my street by <br />illegal aliens. I don't need another. <br /> <br />Redwood City is finally on an upturn with the revitalization of its downtown.
