It seemed to work
as a pool supply business as it did not create need for pedestrian or motorized
traffic. It thrived on more of a commercial cliental.
With this being said, I strongly feel a massage parlor at this site will clog an
already congested Murray Court which has unusually narrow streets without
sidewalks. Many of its residents park along both sides of Murray Ct., leaving only
~the road for pedestrian and cyclists. This has always been a concern to me for
the safety of my neighbors.
A massage parlor Is not an amenity that this neighborhood needs, as there are
already plenty of massage parlors nearby. Perhaps the applicants might want to
look at other neighborhoods that may be in more need of such type of business.
Perhaps the owner of this building can take the safety and parking concern of it's
neighbors into consideration and find a more fit business for our neighborhood.

Sincerely,
Noemi Escobedo
114 Center Street
Redwood City, CA 94061
650-364-1550

. 1
