The NOP will describe the concerns to be addressed in the EIR, including the Court-identified concerns (e.g., aesthetics/shadow, historic resources, and alternative sites). Five (5) copies of the administrative draft new NOP will be delivered to City staff for review prior to public release. Based on City staff comments on the Administrative Draft NOP, a public release version of the NOP will be prepared. One (1) camera-ready copy and/or PDF of the public release version will be delivered to City staff. City staff will be responsible for reproducing and circulating the NOP. 1.4 New Scooina Meetina Pursuant to CEQA Guidelines section 15082{c)(1) and 15206, a new public scoping meeting will be required for the EIR, to be held by the Planning Commission. The EIR Principal-in-Charge and/or Project Manager will attend the scoping meeting to assist City staff in presenting and soliciting input on the proposed new ErR, scope, preparation process and schedule. 1.5 New Data Collection and Review Pertinent new background material related to the DPP revision available since completion of the 2007 EIR, including new General Plan background materials from City staff, September 2007 historic resources documentation compiled by Circa, additional shadow analysis materials prepared by City staff, etc., will be collected and reviewed. TASK 2. UPDATED SETTING, IMPACTS AND MITIGATION DESCRIPTIONS The following subtasks will be completed by the EIR consultant team to provide updated setting, impacts and mitigations descriptions.
