Task 3c. Conditions Report <br />Consultant shall compile all the information from previous tasks to create the Conditions <br />Report. Consultant shall also include Exhibits from as -built and record information, as <br />available. <br />Task 4 Repair and Replacement Plan, Exhibits, Schematic and Conceptual Drawings <br />(City Option) <br />At City's request, Consultant will further develop the recommendations from conditions <br />report to provide schematic and conceptual drawings for each repair project identified. <br />Each project will include a short narrative describing the project, along with a plan for <br />repair or replacement. Each project will include exhibits showing the proposed project, as <br />needed. Consultant shall submit a schematic version of the drawings for City review. <br />Revisions will be incorporated into a conceptual drawing to be included in the Repair and <br />Replacement Plan. <br />CONSULTANT'S FEE SCHEDULE <br />The Consultant shall perform the Scope of Work as described below for a time and <br />materials cost of $113,763.00 for Tasks 1 to 4.
