<br />.. <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS AGREEMENT AND <br />REVOCABLE ENCROACHMENT PERMIT <br />579 California Way <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this -3- day of ~, <br /> <br /> <br />2008, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal cor~rauc!n of the <br /> <br />State of California, ("City"), and Mr. George Bechwati, the owner of record of said real <br /> <br />property located at 579 California Way, Redwood City, California (the "Owner" or <br /> <br />"Permittee"); <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Owner proposes to construct certain real property improvements at <br /> <br />579 California Way (the "Property"), situated in the City of Redwood City, County of San <br /> <br />Mateo, State of California, consisting of retaining walls, grading, paving, fire services <br /> <br />and appurtenances (the "Improvements"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Owner has requested that construction of certain Improvements (as <br /> <br />defined below), be constructed at the Property, which improvements are to be <br /> <br />constructed in accordance with, and as required by, the plans, specifications, and <br /> <br />details hereinafter described; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Owner has requested a revocable encroachment permit for <br /> <br />construction of Improvements, in the public right-of-way in Radio Road, situated in <br /> <br />California Way in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, <br /> <br />said encroachment is more particularly described in Exhibit "A" and depicted in Exhibit <br /> <br />"8," attached hereto and incorporated herein, for the sole purpose of installing, <br /> <br />maintaining, and replacing such Improvements, as approved by the City; <br /> <br />A TTY/AGR.2008.066 <br />080508 <br /> <br />1 <br />
