<br />6.2A <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2009-10 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT <br />PROGRAM BUDGET TO FUND A $65,000 EMERGENCY OPERATIONS <br />CENTER GENERATOR RETROFIT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an inspection of the underground fuel storage tank that serves the <br />emergency generator at the Police Facility and Emergency Operations Center (EGC) recently <br />revealed a large fracture; and <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to remove the fractured tank and replace it with a new <br />underground storage tank; and <br />WHEREAS, on July 13, 2009, the City Council approved its Fiscal Year 2009-10 <br />budget; and <br />WHEREAS, the Fiscal Year 2009-10 budget did not include an appropriation to fund the <br />work necessary to remedy the fractured underground fuel storage tank. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> <br />REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1.
