No. 1081,914) <br /> <br />The replacement fuel tank is available only from Cummins West as the existing <br />Cummins West generator is only compatible with a fuel tank manufactured by Cummins <br />West as well. <br /> <br />TEe Accutite has previously secured a permit from County of San Mateo to expose the <br />damaged tank. TEC Accutite's unique knowledge of the existing project conditions <br />make them the most suitable services provider for the environmentally sensitive work of <br />removing the existing tank. <br /> <br />AL TERNA nVES <br />Council may choose not to approve the proposed project and/or funding, and direct staff <br />to seek other solutions, but at risk to the operation of the police facility and the <br />Emergency Operation Center during a power failure. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Staff requests an appropriation of $65,000.00 to fund the general work of this project to <br />include the cost of the proposed agreements, staff administration, permitting and <br />inspection.
