RKH shall complete the Basic Services within 30 days of receipt of all new traffic count <br />data following the date of the signed Acceptance of Proposal! Authorization to Proceed. <br />Collection of new traffic count data is dependent upon fair weather and should be done <br />before the close of the regular public school year in June. <br /> <br />2. Changes in the project, extra work and delays not caused by RKH shall be cause for <br />adjustment in the time of completion. <br /> <br />FEE SCHEDULE <br /> <br />1.
