<br />Peninsula Christian School, Redwood City <br />Proposal to Provide Traffic Engineering Services <br /> <br />5. Site Access, Circulation and Parking. <br /> <br />A. RKH will evaluate site ingress/egress on Charter Street taking into consideration <br />comer sight distance, safety, and queuing. <br /> <br />B. RKH will evaluate on-site circulation with respect to student and drop off and pick up <br />areas as well as and pedestrian and bicycle circulation. <br /> <br />C. RKH will evaluate the project's compliance with City Code parking requirements and <br />will estimate peak parking requirements based on data contained in Parking <br />Generation, 3rd Edition2. <br /> <br />6. Draft Report. RKH will prepare a draft report with text and graphics which will contain <br />the traffic impact analysis, findings, conclusions and recommendations for mitigating <br />identified traffic impacts. RKH will submit the draft report to the city for review and <br />comment. <br /> <br />7. Final Report. Upon receipt of written comments on the draft report, RKH will prepare the <br />final report. The final report will be submitted to the city for use in the project review and <br />approval process. <br /> <br />8. Public Meeting. RKH will attend one public meeting on the project. <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />The following are services outside of and in addition to those described as Basic Services: <br /> <br />1. Extra work due to changes in the project, delays, work not specifically described in the <br />Basic Services, and all other causes not the fault of RKH; <br /> <br />2. Changes in documents after approval and/or acceptance; <br /> <br />3. Collection and evaluation of new traffic data not specified in the Basic Services; <br /> <br />4. All public agency permits and permit fees, licenses and other such charges associated <br />directly with the project; <br /> <br />5.
