......,...---.-. :l~.i Iqt~ J , RES 0 L UTI 0 N No. 299 RESOLUTION OF PRELIMINARY DETERMINATION TO Iv'IAKE PUBLIC IMPROVENIENTS IN HUDSON, STREET FROM JEFFERSON AVENU~ TO WOODSIDE ROAD. RESOLVED by the Cou~cil of tpe City of Redwood City, California, that it does hereby preliminarily determine that public convenience and necessity require, and that it intends to order the following work to be done' and improvements to be made in and for said City, to-wit: 1. The construction of improvements on streets, all as particularly described in Exhibit A hereto attached and made a part hereof by reference. 2. All of said work and improvements are to be con- structed at the places and in the particular locations, of the forms, sizes, dimensions and materials, and to the lines and grades and elevations as to be shown and delineated upon the plans, pro- files and specifications to be made therefor and adopted by the City Council of said City. 3. The cost of said work and improvements shall be . assessed against a district which is particularly descri~ed in Exhibit B attached hereto and made a part hereof, which district and the property therein said Council does hereby determine and declare will be benefitted by said work and improvements, all in accordance with Article II of Ordinance No. 333 of said City. 4.
