<br />installment of' which bonds shall mature nine (9) years from the <br />second day of January next succeeding October fifteenth following <br />their date. <br />5. Except as herein otherwise provided for the issuance <br />of bonds, all of the above proposed work shall be done in pursuance <br />of the provisions of Article I of said Redwood City Improvement <br />Procedure Ordinance. <br /> <br /> 6. Notice is hereby gi ven that Monday, the 15th day of <br />April, 1946, at the hour of eight o'clock P.:~. at the Council <br />Chambers of the Oi ty Council of said City in the City Hall of said <br />C1 ty are hereby fixed as the time and pla ce when and where any <br /> <br />and all person interested may appear and show cause, if any they <br />have, why the City Council should not find and determine that the <br />public convenience and necessity require the improvements described <br />and referred to in this resolution, without further compliance with <br />the Special Assessment Investigation, Limitation and Majority Pro- <br />test Act of 1931. <br />7. The City Clerk shall give notice of the adoption <br />of this resoltuion by publishing a Notice of Proposed Local <br />Improvement once in the Redwood City Tribune, a daily newspaper, <br />published and circulated in said City, and by posting same on or <br />near the Conncil Chamber door of said Council, said posting and <br />publi ca tion to be had a t lea s't ten days before said da te of hearing. <br /> <br />The above and foregoing Resolution was passed and adopted <br />by the Council of the Ci ty of Redwood Ci tS' a t a regular meeting <br /> <br />2. <br />
