That the public convenience and necessity require the <br /> <br />improvements described in said Resolution of Preliminary Determin- <br /> <br />ation. <br /> <br />2. That any and all objections and protests made pur- <br /> <br />suant to sa~d Resolution of Preliminary Determination be and the <br /> <br />same are hereby overruled and denied. <br /> <br />3.
