Dig and place <br />pad for Tesco meter, stub out 3" conduit for Part II. Place 3" riser at pole in quadrant <br />indicated by PG&E, 3" conduit down to pedestal, 24" cover, sand in bottom of trench and <br />sand over conduit 6" per PG&E spec. Have PG&E inspection before backfilling with native <br />and compaction, place mule tape rope in conduit and cap. Have second PG&E inspection <br />to pull madrel thru conduit.
