<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Itemized List of what Consultant will do for City and at what price and schedule. <br /> <br />At the request of Redwood City 2020, Consultant will develop grant proposals for an array of funding <br />sources (foundations, corporations, individuals, government entities) to provide support for programs and <br />services supported by the Collaborative. <br /> <br />Consultant will adhere to specific grant writing guidelines for each funding source and ensure that high <br />quality proposals are submitted in a timely manner. <br /> <br />Consultant will work closely with Redwood City 2020's Executive Director and staff to ensure that the <br />elements of the proposal accurately reflect the intentions of the Collaborative. <br /> <br />Consultant will provide an estimate of cost for each grant writing assignment using a rate of $50/hour. <br />The Consultant's estimate of cost must be approved by the Executive Director before any work begins. <br /> <br />Consultant may also perform other grant-related tasks, such as communicating with program partners, <br />gathering input from assorted stakeholders, communicating with funding sources, defining data sources <br />to be used in measuring outcomes and preparing interim and final grant reports. <br /> <br />Agreement under $10K <br />City Attorney Approved Version 111803 <br /> <br />4 <br />
