ORIGINAL <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO EXTEND THE AGREEMENT <br /> FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br /> Carol Lashman, FabAnnex. LLC <br /> This Amendment No. 1 is entered into and effective as of the aIV day of <br /> October, 2010, extending the agreement dated July 14, 2009 (the "Agreement ") <br /> by and between the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal <br /> corporation of the State of California ( "City "), serving as fiscal agent for Redwood <br /> City 2020 and Carol Lashman, FabAnnex LLC, ( "Consultant ") (collectively, the <br /> "Parties "). <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. On July 14, 2009, the Parties executed the Agreement Professional <br /> Services and advice in project implementation and management and <br /> B. The Parties desire to extend the Agreement for a period of 12 months; <br /> and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual <br /> covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. The Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, is <br /> hereby extended for a period of 12 months ending on June 30, 2011. <br /> 2. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended <br /> from time to time, shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> 3. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by the Consultant <br /> pursuant to the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, shall <br /> include coverage for this Amendment. <br />
