RESOLVED by this City Council that said property be not rezoned to Business District Zone, but that a variance in the use of said property for retail business be granted upon condition that ,before the issuance of any permit for the improvement of said property or the erection of any structure thereon by the Building Inspector of this City,s plan of such building or buildings pro- posed to be erected thereon showing floor plan, front elevation, side elevation on Arch.Street, and specifications as to the ex- terior of such proposed building be first submitted to this City Council :Cor its examine tion, modifica tion and appr'oval or dis- approval, and that no structure or building be erected upon said lot other than in accordance with such lans and specifications as may be approved by this City Council; further, that said property be used exclusively for retail business or residential purposes; further, that such plans and specifications may be submitted at any time within one year from this d.ate, subject to a further extension of such time upon reasonable showing of the propriety thereof.
