NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council ,. of said City does hereby declare that the real property herein- after described is vacated and abandoned as a public stx'eet. Said property is situated in the City of Redwood City County of San Mateo, being a portion of Webster street as shovm on that certain map entitled "Map of the Property in Villa Lots of J. V. Diller, si tUB ted in Redwood Ci tyU, filed September 18, 1863 in Book HE U of I\1iaps a t page 77, Of-'i cial Re cords of San Mateo County, California, and more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the most easterly corner of Block 3 as shown on the aforesaid map, thence northeasterly on the pro- longation of the northwesterly line of Jefferson street as shom1 on said map to a point distant 60 feet, measured at right angles, fronl the northeasterly line of Middlefield Road (formerlyWebster street) as established on March 1925 by C. L; Dimmitt, Civil Engineer, in a survey of the pro- perty of the Episcopal Church, which survey is on file in the office of the City Engineer, Redwood City, California; thence northwesterly along a line parallel to and distant 60 feet from said northeasterly line of Middlefield Road to a point on the prolongation of the northwesterly line of said Block 3; thence southwesterly on the prolongation of said northwesterly line to the most northerly corner of said Block 3; thence southeasterly along the northeasterly line of said Block 3 to the point of beginning.
