Submittal to include reproducible plans on vellum, standard specifications, and estimate of project costs. 3.05 Updated Cost Estimate: Prepare an updated landscape architect', estimate of bid. 3.06 Project Archive: Provide one CD.ROM archive of all electronic data including COll$truction documents, specifications, cost estimates, topographic survey and base information provided by the City. 4.0 BIDDING AND CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION 4.01 During the bidding and construction period we would propose to provide supplemental services to assist your construction administrator. These services would be provided on an hourly basis as requested. Suggested services include: a. Respond to biddels questions and issue mldenda during bid period. b. Incorporate addenda into conform drawings prior to start of construction. c. Review shop drawings and submittals. Respond to contractor requests for information. d. Attend up to six on.site construction reviews with four site visits during construction to assist City inspection staff; followed by writtenfield reports. Respond to change order requests. Conduct a substantial completion and final walk through and prepare punch lists for each. e. Revise construction documents to incorporate "Record Information" as provided by Contractor for City "As-built" records. Provide one camera.ready set of Record Documents. 5.0 ADDITIONAL SERVICES 5.01 All tasks not specifically noted above could be performed as additional services. These tasks would include, but are not limited to, architectural plan and specification preparation for custom restroom building. building department permitting. CEQA documentation, arborist's services, all revisions or additional submittals required by the City or any other agenc;y's review> other meetings> additional design studies. or other tasks not specifically noted in the foregoing.
