Color <br />render and mount images on boards for use in pubUc presentation. Attend a single public meeting (to be convened by the <br />City) and present the concept and supporting materials. Prepare attUeting lummary. <br /> <br />2.0 PRELIMINARY DESIGN <br /> <br />2.01 Design Development Plan: Prepare a tlesign devekJpment plttn showing refinements to the conceptual plan based on City <br />and public comments. Plan to be prepared at a scale of 1))=20' with all proposed improvements shown. <br /> <br />2.02 Building Pl'Ogram Refinement: This proposal assumes the use of prefabricated structures to address the restroom, <br />concession building and enclosed storage requirements of the facility. During this phase we will work with you to identifY <br />qualified vendors, program specific requirements, building options and budgets. <br /> <br />2.03 Site Furnishings: The City has multiple choices with respect to furnishings. These include; synthetic turf, shade structures) <br />the scoreboard, bleachers, and minor elements including players benches, bat racks, trash receptacles, and drinking <br />fountains. Recommendations in each category will be compiled in a design develtJpment boDkin. Design development <br />booklet to include catalog cuts, photos and manufacturer's data. <br /> <br />2.04 Cost Estimate: Prepare an updated estimate ofprobab1e construction costs. Quantities and unit cost to be revised based on <br />changes to the design program. <br /> <br />2.05 Design Team Meeting #3: Present the design development plan, design development booklet and preliminary estimate of <br />probable construction costs. Discuss proposed layout, furnishings, implementation schedule, costs and other aspects of the <br />project and resolve direction for proceeding. Prepare a meen"'g mmnzary. <br /> <br />3.0 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS <br /> <br />3.01 Construction Documents - 90% Submittal: Develop draft construction documents to a 90% level of completion. All <br />drawings shall be prepared in AutoCAD in a 24" x 36" sheet format. Provide five (5) sets of plans for distribution to various <br />City departments. Package to include: <br /> <br />· TItle sheet, including sheet index, vicinity map, consultant information, and base sheet legend. <br />· Demolition plan, 1 sheet, 11>=20' showing bleacher, restroom, scorekeepers booth, and scoreboard removals, dectrical service <br />disconnect, and clearing and grubbing.
